US Olympic Athletes have access to new recovery methods: "a hot and cold plunge, dry and wet saunas, massage services, mediation and hot yoga" as outlined in this press release:

How many other Olympic federations offer such services for their athletes? How many of these systems are proven to be useful or is this a case of working the placebo effect? Wat do you think?
